Prasheena Harilela Mahtani is an alternative director of Harilela Group and a certified life coach who partners with people ready to move from feeling stuck to living with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her approach is built on partnership, encouragement, accountability, and action, walking beside her clients throughout their journey rather than simply advising from the sidelines.
 

Born in Hong Kong, Prasheena has lived in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and China. Building a life across three continents immersed her in a wide range of cultures, beliefs, and ways of thinking, and gave her a deep appreciation for people from all walks of life. It taught her that however different our backgrounds, we share the same challenges, uncertainties, and longing to create a meaningful life.
 

Her path to coaching grew from her own experience. After a period in which her work, business, and personal relationships all felt overwhelming (a time when she had lost both her direction and her confidence) a friend introduced her to life coaching. That single conversation changed the course of her life. Through coaching she regained clarity about who she was and what she wanted, learned to communicate more effectively, overcame limiting beliefs, and began taking purposeful action. The transformation was profound enough that she chose to train as a coach herself, so she could help others experience the same change.
 

Today she does more than coach. Her philosophy is simple: she does life alongside her clients, every step of the way, helping them unlock their potential and create the life they truly deserve.
 

Beyond her coaching practice, Prasheena is driven by a commitment to leaving the world better than she found it. She is passionate about sustainability, recycling, and environmental initiatives; about bringing happiness to the underprivileged; and about expanding educational opportunities, particularly for girls and women. For her, a life well lived is measured by the positive contribution she makes — and true happiness lies in knowing she has helped make the world a better place.
